After more than 20 years working in the Building Services industry Technical Director Andrew Hull, incorporated Progressive Design Solutions ltd in January 2008. The key business policy is the retention of clients in the long term. The company’s structure and policies are tailored with this objective in mind. A key element of this is clear communication with the client, fellow professionals and site staff. The company recently moved to new offices in Haywards Heath to allow for the future long term expansion of the business. The company’s general philosophy is to operate with key core staff, who not only have the ability to under take design works themselves but also manage design work that is resourced from other parties. Each project is assigned a key staff member who is responsible for the project and will have continual day to day involvement with nominated projects from inception to completion.
